  • What type of talent do ROC represent?
    We represent a wide and diverse selection of models, presenters, voice over artists, actors, singers and dancers. Our talent includes plus size, mid size, non-binary, LGBTQ, disabled, juniors, teens and real. We pride ourselves on having exactly the type of talent you require.
  • How do I select the right talent for my project?
    You can browse talent on our website and save them to 'My Favourites' for future reference. Simply click the heart icon on the talent profile picture you like. Alternatively, we can create you a bespoke 'Light Box' of the most suitable talent for your project that you can log in and review in your own time.
  • I'm not sure on my budget. Can I get a quote?
    We understand all our clients are different, so we always work our hardest to facilitate your needs whatever your budget. The easiest way to establish how much your booking will cost is to make a booking enquiry.
  • How do I book talent?
    Booking our talent is a smooth and easy process. Simply fill out a booking enquiry form and we will quickly get back to you to discuss your requirements and budget.
  • What is the booking process?
    Once you have selected your talent, one of our bookers will liase with them to check availability, dates, timings, wardrobe requirements etc. Our bookers understand dates and timings can often change, so if you are not ready to commit to your booking straight away, you can 'hold' talent options for multiple dates to ensure they are available. Once we have confirmed talent availability, you will receive a Booking Contract (including our T&Cs and usage terms) for you to sign and send back to us. This will confirm your chosen talent, dates, timings and final cost of your shoot. Finally, you will receive your Booking Form with includes all the information you will need for the day of your shoot. Your booker will also be available throughout to offer help and answer any of your questions.
  • Can I do a talent casting?
    If you wish to hold a talent casting, we can arrange this for you at a location of your choice. Alternatively, we can arrange talent to send you video 'self tapes' if that is more suitable.
  • What is a talent lightbox?
    If you need help selecting the right talent for your project, you can request we create you a lightbox. This is where we select all the talent we think would be most suitable for your project and put all their profiles into one shortlist for you to login online and view.
  • What is a talent self tape?
    Self tapes are a great way for our talent to audition for your project by sending a short video of themselves. Self tapes can be as simple as a quick introduction, a show of hands and side profiles, or even a full scripted piece to camera. Many of our clients find watching self tapes make it easier for them to make final talent selections.
  • Can I cancel or amend my booking?
    Yes, you can cancel or amend your booking. However, please note that cancellations or amends made within 48 hours of your shoot date may incur a charge. See our T&Cs for more information.
  • Do I need to provide clothing and accessories for my talent?
    No, you don't. All our experienced talent have a good range of basic wardrobe and accessories. If something specific is required, we can arrange for our models to purchase additional items to be reimbursed later. If you require a stylist, we can recommend one from our creative team and add this to your booking. Having a stylist to source wardrobe in advance and be on hand during the day always helps things run more smoothly. TOP TIP: It's often very helpful to provide us with a wardrobe 'mood board' to help us and the talent understand your requirements more clearly.
  • Do I need to book a make up artist?
    Most of our talent are used to doing their own hair and makeup for shoots. However, we always recommend booking a make up artist for the day of your shoot. They help to keep the day running smoothly and keep the look of your model consistent from start to finish. We are always able to recommend one of our own professional make up artists and add them to your booking if required.
  • What should I expect from my talent?
    All of our talent are professionals and have undertaken many different assignments, arriving o time to start your shoot. Their hair and face should be clean and fresh ready for make up and styling. Nails should be clean and free from polish, unless requested to be painted. If you need to keep your model on past the hours required, this can be arranged as over-time on the day and will not require any further contracts.
  • Do I need to provide food and drink for my talent?
    No, you don’t. However, we always recommend where possible to supply lunch and refreshments. If you do require your talent bring their own lunch and refreshments, please make us aware beforehand and we can advise them accordingly.
  • Do I own the images and/or videos?
    There are two options available. You can request usage for a certain number of years, with the usage rights running out at the end of that time period. Or, you can request inperpertuity, which means you own these images for the usage given.
  • What does the term 'usage' mean?
    Usage is term given to the rights you have for the images and/or videos you have produced with our talent. Usage can be a wide range, ranging from TV, social media, in house, out of house, POS, video on demand. and many more.
